Limited availabilty per project

When a resource is 100% across the enterprise and his assignments are :
- 40% for project 1
- 60% for project 2

When you change within the project, the resource availability, MsProject
tell us than this information is only temporarely.

Is there a way to specify the above percentages within each project, so that
we can monitor overload in each project separately ?

If you are talking about changing the Max. Units value for a resource in the
Resource Sheet view of an enterprise project, then no, you cannot set this
on a project by project basis. The Max. Units value can only be set by the
Project Server administrator in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Hope this
helps.
