Limited work every month

Question:
How do i limit a resource to working only a certain number of hours every
month?

Context:
We have maintenace contract for an IT project with a client. We have a
single resource who will work only 70 hours every month. I need to create a
project plan so that when total work exceed's 70hrs, tasks are automatically
scheduled to begin the first working day of the following month.

Is this possible to accomplish? How can it be done?

Hi,

Give the resource a working clendar with only 70 working hàours per month,
and assign it 100% to the tasks. If necessary use leveling in case of
overallocations.>

resource calendars and percentage assignment.

Create New Calendar
Name? For instance W70Cal or anything
Work Weeks
Details
Set hours for each wroking day to (about) 3 hours and 10 minutes
OK
OK
Resource Sheet
For the resoruce change Base Calendar to W70Cal
