limiting e-mail size for outgoing e-mails

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. I've noticed that
when I copy and paste photographs using 2007, the document sizes are now
huge. Is there a way to limit the size of the outgoing e-mails, or at least
the size of the individual photographs?
