I am a complete Access novice. I've created a report from a SQL Union
Query, simply to show total counts for a number of fields collected in
a form. My problem is that when one clicks the print command, the
report generates hundreds of pages. I know a workaround is to enter
the print dialog and manually have Access print pages '1' to '2,' but
other people will be generating this report...people more computer
illiterate than (gasp!) even me.
Any help would be great.
