limiting options to insert

Is there any way that I can limit possible inputs to a
cell. For example, I want to limit users ability so his
only options are "Y", "N", or "N/A".

Hi
try the following:
- select your cell
- goto 'Data - Validation'
- choose 'List'
enter your allowed values. e.g.
"Y","N","N/A"
