Limits in PowerPoint?

Tommi

Hello!
I am doing fairly large PP-file. It consists of music (wav-file playing in
the backround for the duration of the show) and automatically timed slides
containing big jpg-pictures.
Are there some limits what you can do with PowerPoint? For exmaple, max file
size...
First everything went just fine, my wav-file played to its end but then I
added some pictures and now my wav-file ends abruptly in the middle of the
show.

Do you have any suggestions what to do?

Thanks!

It sounds like you might have a couple of problems. Your images probably need
to be optimized for PowerPoint.

Why are my PowerPoint files so big? What can I do about it?

You've probably done something on one of those new picture slides that stops the
music. Is there any animation on them?

make sure you have right clicked on your object and go to custom animations
to effect options and timing double check you have it set to stop through the
number of slides you have.

This was it. There was a fixed number of slides after which the playing
would stop.
So simple answer but I didn't notice it earlier. Well, new to PowerPoint
yet.

Thanks!
