line break size?

Hi,

How can i set the size of line breaks?
That is, how can I set indicate how far will two lines be apart from
eachother.
When I press enter at the end of a sentence (not neceserrily that the
sentence ends at the right border of the container)
I would like the sentence to be 'just' below the now above sentence and not
under it with some space.

I'm using ON 2007. My apology if this doesn't work in 2003.
Format, List brings up the List taskpane. There you can set the vertical
spacing between list items. A list in OneNote is essentially text without
bullets or numbers

there is the vertical spacing in on2003 but i can not make it active.
it is dimmed now
