Line in troolbar at top of page dissappears.

All of a sudden the line in the toolbar at the very top of the page that I
was working in just disappeared. How can I get it back?

If you mean any of the toolbars you can reset them under
view>toolbars>customize, select the toolbars tab and click reset.

Note that it will remove any customization you might have done previously

It doesn't work! Hitting the reset button doesn't do a thing.

I've got 2 installations of Win'XP on my system, one on drive D: and one on
drive E:. It's the installation on Drive D: where I am having a problem.
On Drive E:, where things work properly, immediately beneath the major
toolbars there is another toolbar that is completely missing on Drive D:.
On the extreme left of this toolbar is a user entered box called "Name Box".
I don't know what the purpose of this box is. Just to it's right is a long
box labled "fx" which reflects the contents of the currently highlighted box
on the main screen. This long box is missing on Drive D:. I find the lack
of this box to be extremely debilitating. What's Going on?
