line spacing does not work in Word XP

Hi,
Line spacing looks double when I use the font size above 16 pt. But, line
spacing is still set up single. None of them among single, 1.5 or double in
the setup does change the actual line spacing in the document. How can I
solve this? Is there anybody who had a same experience?

Hi Sabina,

Might be the lines are snapping to the document grid, or some weird Asian
typography setting.

Look in Format > Paragraph...
If there's a check mark in "Snap to grid if document grid is defined", maybe
clearing that will solve the problem.
