line spacing on incoming emails

Is there a way to change line-spacing for incoming emails to match my email
line- spacing? I get emails with 12-18 pt before AND after line-spacing.
Frustrating!

I have the same problem and I broke it when trying to adjust my sending e-mails line spacing.
open a new mail go to format text tab, select line and spacing, click line and spacing options, adjust your spacing, then select "set as default"
select "all documents based on the normalemail.dotm template?"
