Line thickness in my new template

I'm setting up a new corporate template, and would like the regular line to
be 1/4p, och and connecting lines 1.5p. When I check "Standard for new
objects" on one of them, it seems like all the lines thicknesses are
connected - they all become whatever thickness I chose for just the one. Any
way around that?

I'm on Windows XP, PPT 2003.

Hi Gizela,

you can only define ONE standard line thickness. This is applied to all
lines in your presentation, connecting lines as well as borders of objects.
So, chose the line thickness you will use more often and select the other
one manually.

BTW: 1/4 pt is VERY thin, I'd recommend testing, whether these are displayed
properly on different monitors, data projectors and in print.

Kind regards,
Ute
