lines become bold

K

Kram

Greetings,

When I make lines using the shift _ key, they turn bold (except for the
first one) and I can't figure out why it's happening. Can anyone help?

Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark,

The underline characters are turned into a paragraph boder by "AutoFormat as
you type":

Tools > AutoCorrect Options... > AutoFormat as you type > Apply as you type:
Border lines.

You can remove them, or apply a border that's as thick as you want, if you
go into the paragraph above the line, and then open the dialog "Format >
Borders and Shading".

Ctrl+Q (ResetPara) in that paragraph will remove the border (as well as any
other manual paragraph formatting).

Regards,
Klaus
