Lingering assignments in My Tasks

I've got several assignments in My Tasks that have 0 Remaining hours,
some of which were completed months ago, yet still remain on the list
- some even with a "New!" designation which is strange. I have "Show
current tasks" checked, so I'm puzzled why these would continue to
show up. We have a publish job that runs each night and re-publishes
each project, so I don't think lack of publication is the issue.

Any and all suggestions would be welcome!

Hi Andy,

Not sure what could be wrong but one way to make them disappear from the
mytasks page would be to set the publish field = No for the relevant task.

It turned out all these were milestones I had assigned to myself, so I
forced an actual finish date on them in My Tasks and that made them go
away
