link a entire line in Excel to a spreadsheet I sort?

I have a multi-page spreadsheet with some repetitive information that I'd
like to link so I only have to type it once.

On two spreadsheets, I change the $ amount on one and want it to change on
the other one at the same time. The problem seems to be that I sort one list
by date and the other by name. Could I link one whole line so that when I
sort it it will still link to the proper cell on the other spreadsheet?
