Link Bar Incorrectly Opening New Windows

Hi -

I've been running this website for a while (bargainchaesr.com), updating it
every month. For some reason I can't figure out, my link bar links (on the
right side) are now opening new windows. They've always gone to the same
window, and although I didn't intentionally change anything this month, I
must have done something.

Any ideas on how I can have the links open in the same page? I've looked
everywhere I know to look.

You have targets for new page set as target=_blank in your hyperlinks
