Plus if you are using the new FP2002 Link bars they require the FP2002 SE on the hosted site
| Are you publishing the site to a server via FP?

| If not then all of the required folders are not being uploaded for the
| theme. Go to Tools | Web Settings | Advanced and enable view of hidden
| directories, then make sure you are upload the _theme, _derived and _overlay
| folders.
