Link bars are deleting/altering on site

Furlong's Pet Supply

My link bars keep altering/deleting on my website & my navigation structure changes all over the place. It will even show the pages more then once & with older names I had for them. Also, my site that used to take 2 min. to publish from my local (pc) to the remote (server) now takes 20 to 30 min. The site hasn't increased in size at all. Any help?

First, try choosing Recalculate Hyperlinks from the Tools
menu.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, start down the path
of this procedure:
