Link Bars

In Front Page XP, I use link bars. Does anyone know if
the link bar hyperlinks can be set to open in a new page
the way a normal hyperlink can? I can't seem to find it
if it's possible.

No
They are targetable as individual links
- you can only target all links using a base ref tag

Does it work with existing Front Page link bars or does
it create it's own menus from scratch or, both?
