Link between MSP_Projects and Projects tables

The MS Project database has a table 'MSP_Projects' that
contains the names of all the projects. SharePoint Team
Services has a table 'Projects'. There seems to be a one-
to-one correspondence between these tables, but they do
not share a common id. Does anyone known how to link these
tables? Based on the project ID in SharePoint Team
Services, I need to be able to get the project name, which
only seems to be contained in the MSP_Projects table.
