I am trying to hyperlink project deliverables to the appropriate document,
but I do not see an option for doing this...what am I missing?

Debra --

Here we go again. What version of Project Server are you using? 2002,
2003, or 2007. Until we know what version you are using, we are all just
poking around in the dark.

If you are using Project Server 2002 or 2003, you can open the project and
then click Collaborate - Documents. In the Documents library for your
project in Windows SharePoint Services, you can upload the appropriate
document and then link it to one or more tasks in the project.

If you are using Project Server 2007, you need to create the Deliverable
using Collaborate - Manage Deliverables. Then you can navigate to the
Deliverables page in the Project Workspace for the project and you have the
option to link the Deliverable to one or more documents. You have to float
your mouse pointer over the name of the Deliverable, and when you see the
pick list menu appear, you must click the Edit Item option. From there you
click the Attach File button to attach one or more documents to the
Deliverable.

I hope this helps you solve your problem, but if it doesn't you will need to
tell us more about your problem.

Hi Dale,

That answered my question. The real problem turns out to be more than that
- I could not see the menus. Something else is wrong. I will post a second
question to address that issue.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
