Link document to task

You shouldn't need to close the file, it should be sufficient just to publish
it, and then you should be able to add a new document via the workspace to
the task in PWA. Can you try this just to see if it works?

Hello,

I'm trying to link document to task and its work fine.
But, when I add new task, I must publish the plan, close the file and open
it again.
Why should I close the file ?
If I don't close the file, I can't link a document to the task. I can't see
the task at the tasks list.

Hi Ben,

It doesn't work. I checked it at 2 different servers.

I do the following proccess:
1. Add new task to the gantt.
2. From MSP from Collaborate tab goto documents.
3. Upload new document.
4. Link to task.
5. From the drop down list I can't see the new task.

At the begining I thought I should wait a few minute. but after 20 minutes I
closed the file and open it.
Now I saw the new task.

Any other idea ?

1. Add the task in project pro
2. Publish the project
3. Collaborate | Documents
4. Select the task in the project
5. Link to task
