Link eMail to Database

Is it possible to have access send an email that is linked to the database?

What I would like is to be able to send information to a user, and enable
the user to "Approve" the information from the email message.

Is it possible??

If you're using Access 2007 you might look at the Access Data Collection
feature. You can view a video of how it works on the Microsoft website at

You can generate a Report of the data and Send it to the user who would
review it and Reply.
The 2007 utility is for collecting data, not distributing.
