link fonts in web sites

How can I use a special font and be sure that it will be
displayed on the web. In other words, how to link a font
to a front page web?

If you want to be sure that it is display, then create your text as a image
with the specific font. This should be limited to heading, etc.

What about using Microsoft's WEFT utility, Thomas? Seems to work for me. Of
course, this will only ensure the face the author specifies; the font can
still be altered by user settings, accessibility options, etc., but the
correct typeface often satisfies the designer's intent. GM

WEFT is quirky in many browsers, not supported in Netscape and others, and
requires the user to actually download the font to their machine. Many
people don't allow this, or even have the feature turned off.

Why don't you look at Net Studio as a program for making images for links or
banners or titles etc.:
www.netstudio.com It's quite simple ... uses a Microsoft looking interface.
What image editing programs do you have? Have you explored the possibilities
with in them? PhotoImpact does a good job too.
