TOCs generated by Word (TOC fields) automatically have page numbers
hyperlinked, and Word 2000 and later versions by default have the entire
entry hyperlinked. By default you'll need to Ctrl+click to follow the link,
and the entries do not display the Hyperlink character style (though it is
applied), so they aren't blue and underlined.
