Link from within picture in FrontPage

I have inserted a map into my web site. I'd like for users to be able to
click on various locations and be directed to specific information - some on
same page, others on different page. Can I do this on top of the picture?

Yes, you'd use Hotspots on the image. See Help for direct instructions.
