Link Issues - 2007

When I browse to a Project Workspace, edit an Issue, then clcik Link
Items to link to the Project Plan I get an error message as follows:

You do not have permissions to Create Object Links.

Looked all over SharePoint security. Any ideas?

There is a category permission in EPM called Create Object Links. This is
checked by default for Project Manangers, Resource Managers and team members.
Make sure this is checked and you should be okay.

Is "Create Object Link" essentially the process of attaching a
document?

Hi Andy,

Its a little more indepth than that, the full definition is that the
permission enables a user to create, modify, or delete links between Project
Tasks and items in the Project Workspace (documents, issues, deliverables or
risks).
