I have been searching your db to try to find out how I can insert a photo of
each employee into our 2003 access db so when you search for an employee, the
form comes up with their picture on it.
When I did this with OLE and linked it to a file and packaged it for the
table, on the form it only shows a thumbnail of the pic and the file name
under it. Please help
