Hello Dear:
Is there any way to link few columns from the MS project
file to a specified excel file? In this case when I am
revising the MS project file the excel files are updated
as well.
Please advise
Regards,

Yes, you can use a paste link (copy cell in project, go to excel, choose
"paste special" and choose to paste a link) in this situation, but such
links can be fragile and difficult to troubleshoot.
After using them for a while many people give up and find a way to export
the project data instead.

Majid,
Yes, you can use a Paste Link, but use caution because paste links are
prone to corruption and they will not automatically follow the files if
the files are moved.

To use a Paste Link, select the Project field cell that contains the
desired data and hit "Copy". Then go to Excel, select the receiving
Worksheet cell and go to Edit/Paste Special/Paste Link. Normally you
should select the link type as "text" but depending on the data,
"Microsoft Excel format" may be more applicable.

Hope this helps.
