Link shape to excel cell

Is there a way to link (through a double click action) a Visio shape to a
specific cell in an excel spreadsheet?

I think you can only use double-click to link to a page in the same document.
You will have to use Insert Hyperlink to go to an Excel document. From
there you can specify a specific page and cell number.
