Link Table Wizard

When going through the Link Table Wizard I receive the
following message:

OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'MSDORA.1'
IUnknown::QueryInterface returned 0x80070005: Access
Denied]

Source DB is Oracle 8i
