I have a table with all my employees in it that I want to link to a folder on
the server. Each employee has their own folder on the server in a specified
location. What would be the easiest way to link to this folder for each
employee's record? I read some ideas about using a hyperlink field and
storing the path there. Would this be the easiest and most efficient way to
do it? Also, how would I open this folder via a command button on my form so
that I could open the documents within that folder such as XLS or DOC files,
etc?
