Link to a map?

I'd like to provide a link that the viewer can click on to cause a Google
Map to appear with an address, city and state that I provide as part of that
linkage. Can I do that with my FP2002? How? TIA, Paul

At one time they have plain HTML method of creating a link. Try going to your map, then look for the
option to email a link (to yourself), then copy the link to your web page.

Thanks HG, that's exactly what I needed. I agree about leaving the site,
but in this case, for a map, it's worth it.

Thank you. However, if I can't do it entirely in FP, I'm stuck.

Yes, you can do this. See:
http://code.google.com/

If a complete amateur like me can do it (see
http://capilanorock.ca/contact_us.htm) then you certainly can.

It's FP2003 but I see nothing here that is new to 2003 vs. 2002.

The only remotely tricky thing was getting it to open in another
window but if you check the properties the answer should be obvious.
(In general you do NOT want to direct people away from your site
though it's OK to open another tab for them)
