Link to a MS Word bookmark?

A Task note has the following link
<file:c:\Documents and
Settings\phil\Desktop\common.doc#mybookmark>

this works EXCEPT it does not go to the bookmark. Am I doing
something wrong or is this just not possible?

AFAIK, it's just not possible.
