link to Dbase table

I used access 97 link to or query my shared dababase
dBase5. Everything was fine before. But now, I have A2K, I
got error msg "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot
open the file...". I checked permissoins and Jet engine,
and I can't see anything wrong...

Any ideas?
