Link to MS project Server from MS PowerPoint

I am open links that someone else created to the project
server from MS Powerpoint.

If I create the links I can get to the project server,
but if I open someone elses links to the project server
I get these error messages.



ADODB.Field error '800a0bcd'

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been
deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

If I try again to launch the link the error messaege
is

Cannot download the information you requested

Can we create links to the project server from other
MS programs? Word or Excel

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Gwen:

You can create links to http://servername/projectserver substituting your
servername. If you try to link deeper in the site, you'll be baffling
Project Server security resulting in unpredictable errors.
