I upgraded our server and installed BCM on 5 machines in our office a couple
of months ago. One of the machines is having an intermitent issue where the
user is trying to link emails to accounts but when he goes back in to see the
history the email is not there. Has anyone else experienced this issue and
can they advise on best course of action. There does not seem any reason why
it works for some emails and not for others.
