Link to SQL Server 2005

My company is looking at setting up a SQL Server 2005 database. Can I link to
it from Access 2003 without a problem?

Yep. You could also do so from Access 2002, 2000, and 97.

As Rich said, you can link to it from different versions of Access.
However, bear in mind that there isn't 100% compatibility between the
two when it comes to things like data types. You'll want to do some
research first to find out the most appropriate use cases for your
particular business scenarios. Here's a list of resources you might
