Link To Word File

Hello,

I am trying to link to a Word file within my site so that
customers can view and print this file directly from my
site. When you click on the link it prompts the user for
a username and password. I do not want this to happen. I
have done this in the past without any problems. I can
not figure out what I am doing differently.

Hi!

I went over your link, and the file downloaded normally. But do find out
from your web space provider if that particular file has been locked out.

This is not an FP issue.

If using Word 2000, you must apply all Office 2000 Service Packs.

Your site users will also need to do this.
