Either the record that was originally linked to that shape has been
removed, or the data used to identify the record has changed.
For instance, if you had linked to an Excel data list, and the number of
records in the range is different, then the data in row x may no longer be
correct for the shape.
Alternatively, the record that is being pointed to may have key information
missing or changed, so that it no longer provides the uniqueness required
for linking.
What kind of data set is the drawing linked to ? Does the error happen for
all shapes? Try adding a shape and linking to the expected record to see
if the same problem occurs.
