Link won't work in 2003

I have a user who inserted a link in an e-mail message. In Outlook 2003 you
have to hold down the Ctrl. key and the cursor changes to a hand. With a
click on the link I can get to the webpage.

However, nothing changes when the user is holding down the Ctrl. key, hence
he cannot open the link.

Are there any settings that needs to be done so that the link works on his
machine just like on mine?

Try this: open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
