link works in frontpage"ctl+clk" but not in preview

all of my links on one page will not work in preview
browser, but work fine in front page "when i press
ctl+click" i place my curser over the link i see the path
at the bottem but it will not go to the page.

I tried it, I had not done that update but I did the
steps to the reg, it did not work. But that is the
problem im having any outher sugestions?
