I've linked a couple of Excel Spreedsheets into Access. However, if I try to
change the Index for example it won't let me. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Nothing. According to the courts, Microsoft did something wrong. They
were sued for patent infringement, and the court ruled that they did
not have the right to use this technology, so a recent Access upgrade
removed the ability to update Excel from Access. See
