Linked Excel Table

Hi. I have a spreadsheet which is linked as a table. My problem is that the
Jet engine gives me an error in my query if more than one person tries to
open it. It says that is "opened exclusively." Is there a way around this?

Not on a spreadsheet. Excel allows only 1 person to edit a file at a time.

The only work around is to import the data into Access.
