Linked Page won't open in full screen

I created a 3- Frames Page, Banner Frame on top, Content Frame on the left
and the Main Frame on the right.

There is a pull-down menu in the Main Frame and when I select any of the
three destination pages (*.htm), they open up within the Main Frame, rather
than a full sized separate window. The three destination pages were created
as new, full screen pages (no frames). How can I get them to open in a new,
full screen window ??
