Linked Paradox Table

We have a Paradox table linked into an Access 2002 database which when you
open it gives the first field name as Noname and all the other fields as
Column0,Column1 etc instead of the real field names. This is in datagrid
view or design view. Also in datagrid view, the contents of the first field
are correct but the contents of all the other fields are the contents of the
first field duplicated.

The same Paradox table linked in on another PC with Access works fine and
gives the correct field names and data which suggests it is not the data but
the Access installation or some other data component on that PC.

Any one any ideas?
