Linked tables are read-only

I'm trying to link AS400 tables to MS Access Database.
However, I'm getting the message "Update on a linked
table failed. IBM Client Access ODBC Driver (32-bit)
[DB2/400 SQL7008 TABLENAME in LIBRARY not valid for
operation (#-7008)
