I've managed to create a command button on an access form to open up a word
document. Certain fields on the form populate into the document through use
of bookmarks. The document also has a user-form that pops up. However, the
user form pops up first, and afterwards the data from access fills in. I'd
like the data from access to populate first, then the user form opens--and if
possible, for the data from access to show in the user form as already being
entered. (I can't remove the fields from the user form, since the document
is sometimes opened from the database and sometimes from the document
itself). Is there a way to open the user-form through the code in the
command button on the access form after the bookmarks are populated? I
couldn't figure that out. Also, when the bookmarks are populated, they are
deleted, and I can't figure out the code to reapply the bookmarks.
Any help is much appreciated. Please, beginner-level vb advice.
