Linking a Task with Project Start/End

Is there a way in MS Project to make a particular task (at ANY
indentation level) to have a Start AND End dates based on the overall
project Start and End dates ?

Each task in MSP has a Start and End dates but I cannot see any way as
to how I can achieve the above.

Any help would be appreciated ..
