linking between sheets

I am creating a form and would like to type text in a cell on sheet 1
and would like that text to appear in a cell on sheet 3. Is this a
linking issue how does it work? Thanks for the help. I use to know but
its been a while with excel.

I like to type the equal sign, then use the mouse to go to the other sheet
and
select that cell. Then hit enter.

But you could select the "sending" cell.

select the "receiving" cell
edit|paste special|click paste link
