Linking Data into Cells

Good Afternoon,

I'm creating a form to be used by my business and would like to find a way
to have excel automatically enter a pre-determined entry into a cell based on
the information entered into the cell before it
I.E. if I enter Mid_Coast into the first Cell I would like it to
automatically enter ME080100 into the second cell
If I enter Southern_Maine in the first cell I would like it to
automatically enter ME080300 into the second cell

Is this possible??
